This is awful, ordered May 5th and nothing, I sent a email today June 15, the second one and the reply was they were planning to ship on May 28th. This is obviously some kind of form mail, seriously no customer service, no product, everyone needs to know this is a rip off. It is too bad the ideas look so cute, I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this company! Ordered over a month ago and finally after an attempt to cancel my order (since it was in "printing" for over 5 weeks) I received part of my order with no word on when the rest of it would ship. The overall quality of the product I received is poor. The screen print is dull, crunchy and very stiff. I'll be shocked if after one or two washes it stays intact. I ordered a black shirt and it came very faded looking, more like a dark blue/gray tone. Hopefully if I get the rest of my order, it's of better quality since they refuse to allow me to cancel it.

I honestly cannot say how I am going to like the product that I ordered because it was ordered on 4/29/20 and now the ESTIMATED delivery date is 6/17/20. And these are masks that are needed in this current covid-19 time. I understand about deliveries etc. during these challenging time BUT when you are advertising on facebook - you should have noted the possibilty of delay. Instead you are stating your usual 2-4 weeks. 7 weeks from date of order is unbelievable. And all those good reviews below, well you will probably never see mine.

I ordered a shirt for my mom as a gift on 5/9/20. It is now 6/11/20 and I still have no email confirmation of shipping. I checked the status and it still shows it is printing. I contacted them via email for the 3rd time today. I did receive a 10% refund after the 2nd email. But this is unacceptable. I wish I had searched better for reviews before choosing this company over the one I have been pleased with in the past. I just didn’t have time to design what I wanted and plztee had it, or so I thought. Lesson learned.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company on April 11th. They charged my card the same day. I had not received my order as of May 14th so I emailed them three times and got NO response. My order finally came a week later and it has a nickel size stain right on the front of the shirt. So, I emailed them again along with a picture and still have not heard a word from anyone. I sent them yet another email today as well as trying to call them (you can't talk to a live person when you call). I love the looks of their shirts but I won't be ordering again with this terrible customer service they have.

Funny how I ordered a mask May 1 and now covid is holding up shipment but yet there are reviews for items purchased after that claiming great quality, fabric etc.... something is fishy!!!!

I order a shirt for my Senior on April 13. It still hasn't been ship. I don't even need the shirt know because it has taken to long. They refuse to issue a refund and it's impossible to talk with a person!!! I won't order from this company ever again.

I haven't received my order, waiting more than a month, it was tshirt for my senior son and for us supporting him for not having graduation, but i don't need them anymore and they don't want to cancel the order, very disappointment with this website
