The size chart and the item size are not correct. I received a sweatshirt that was 4 inches smaller than the chart. I have sent FOUR requests to solve the issue and included photos that were requested and zero replies to me have been made. The site says click for live chat and there is no link to do so. I typed in ANOTHER email today and the site says to out in my email which I did and it will not send. I am beyond irate and this is has been two months. Never again.

I could give them NO stars I would! I ordered a poster from them for a gift to my parents..received it quickly getting ready to gift it, find a misspelled word...reaches out by email they automatically sent a replacement. Same exact misspelled word on the replacement...I want my money back and I’m being told they can’t do that and my ticket is closed. So now I have 2 posters with a misspelled word and they won’t make it right! Worst company ever!

Quite possibly the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with! Ordered a Xmas jumper in November (to allow time for delivery before Xmas). It’s now JANUARY and still no jumper, I contacted them and made a claim asking for a refund. No reply, about a week later received an automated reply saying my claim had been resolved as they were going to reprint and sent me another jumper. This was NOT the resolution I’d asked for. You never speak to an actual human, they just fire out robot reply emails. I doubt this “re-print” will ever turn up like the first one so I have basically been conned out of £40.00. Literally fuming. Do NOT waste your time or money with these people.

Ordered T-shirt for my daughter for Xmas over two weeks ago and have not received it - too late for Xmas

I would give zero if I could. Order process is horrible and they refuse to cancel an order. It was in pending status when cancelled but they waited until it was in print status to respond. What a rip off..buy elsewhere!!!

The add-on order feature has cost me over $20 for phone case I have zero use for or interest in. I tried to cancel the order yet that is the only thing they are shipping me in time for Christmas. Guess my gift now is a crappy phone case not the clothing I actually want. I will not do business again with this company.

Buyer beware!! I never leave negative reviews, but this company’s customer service has made me so frustrating and angry. The website tries to offer you additional things with discount at the end of the purchase to buy. You can accidentally click on “add to order” when you’re trying to click “next”, and they will charge you right away with FULL separate shipping with no confirmation step to review order. No order confirmation email, no order number provided, no phone number to contact the company. If you email, they won’t reply till it’s too late to cancel. I chatted with a rep online who promised me that a manager will contact me regarding the issue, and that never happened either. I’m sure that if they do finally contact me, they’ll just claim that it’s already in print and too late to cancel. This is the wrong way to gain trust from your customer, and this is the wrong way to grow your company. I was willing to pay high price to give the t-shirts a try, and the designs looked great, but the poor customer service has left me with a bad taste in my mouth 😡. Has not received the shirts yet to review the quality. Updates: Received tshirts two weeks after placing the order. The sizing was totally inconsistent, the print quality was terrible on two out of my 5 shirts, and one T-shirt was not even ours!! I filed a claim on their website requesting a refund, and a week later, I got an email saying the claim was denied!!! There was no one contacting me about what the problem was. Then I wrote an email to customer service, and I got an email saying I need to file a claim 🙄🙄😡. Out of the 4 tshirts that I received, there was only one that was worth wearing. Even my child complained about the quality of the print and refused to wear them.
