PlutotripsReviews of plutotrips.com

There is a sucker born every minute. My minute was a long time ago, so I should have known better! What a scam!! Took $1,500 and I got nothing. Certainly not the hotel reservation I paid for. They may have already fled the authorities because there is no answer on the phone. A complete fraud.

Our experience with attempting to book our employees for a trade show through this company have been horrible, to say the least. Once we’ve agreed on the hotel and payment arrangements with Plutotrip, our company used its AmEx Card, but the transaction had falsely bounced. The money was eventually returned after a dispute with AmEx, and Plutotrip had requested an ACH payment instead. Moreover, the hotels arranged through this company were cancelled, which only deepened the frustration, as we double booked with Plutotrips AND the hotel. There was a complete lack of communication with any of the Plutotrip representatives after we caught and questioned their billing methods. This service is completely untrustworthy and nothing short of a scam, their advertisements are not true. Please save yourself the time and troubles and avoid using Plutotrips.

TERRIBLE! Do not use this service for your travel plans. They helped me organize 8 rooms for my colleagues for a trade show in February 2020. In April and May of 2019 I put up the entire amount to hold the rooms, and everything seemed to go well until December 2019 until I asked for confirmation numbers. Finally in mid-January 2020, room numbers were assigned and I verified with the hotel that me and my colleagues had our rooms. Unfortunately, when we got to the hotel, only 3 of 8 people actually had rooms, and only one person was offered the proper rate. By the end of the stay, 6 of the 8 people owed the hotel money, even though the entire fee had already been paid in 2019. The worst part is that Pluto Trips NEVER answers their phone and only writes emails. Since the show in February 2020, they have not responded at all to one email nor will have they issued a credit for money owed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I don't want anyone else to have the trouble, or expense, my company has incurred.
