A friend of mine has Osteoarthritis in a lot of her joints. She said that this oil is fantastic! I bought it and tried it on my hip and leg. My hip also has Osteoarthritis. This oil is really good for taking the pain and dull ache away temporarily. It is well worth the price! You won't be sorry! Also, it doesn't have a strong smell!

Started with one 15 mg capsule per day with no relief of knee pain. Have been on 2 /day for the last 4 days ;still no noticeable relief. I like the capsule ,but wish there were instructions on dosage and possible side effects.
