My only issue was the time it took to receive this. It was longer than I can recall it has taken for anything I have ordered online. I particularly liked all the information I was able to get from your web site going back to how your CBD is tested and how Lot #s are followed. I was able to use your chart to go back and review a lot # I had from a previous purchase I made at another location. I was impressed and am impressed with all you have available. With so many manufacturers and/or distributors it is difficult to make a decision where to go for the product. Due to the fact I was asked to rate, this is the only excption I had -with mailing time.

The product is excellent, but it is expensive. If it weren't for the Government, Big Pharma, The Medical Industry, and the Money Machine being so GREEDY, then maybe they would help pay for Medical Marijuana/Hemp products.

My order arrived in a timely manner; my concern is with the packaging of my bottle. It doesn’t have the ‘strength ‘ anywhere on it.

The customer service was excellent. I gave four stars because I had an adverse reaction to the product - but once I informed them they immediately refunded my money.
