The product works, I wish it was not quite so expensive. I have not had an error in billing or had problems with gettings answers to questions. Was not burned by paying a small fee for shipping and handling then shipped a monthly supply without authorizing, then when called number of company number disconnected or you get an I individual who won't identify himself, company he works for, supervisor to question his refusal to cancel, return, refund. I like the raw 2oz liquid best, acts rapidly, no heartburn indigrstion
