Seriously. This helped me with an incontinence issue that I never realized was from my medications until I started taking the CBD oil. My doctor had me stop using the oil and changed my meds for a month, and she said to keep on the CBD oil since my previous meds are necessary (the month of changed meds weren't as good as my normal meds). The CBD oil also helped with my insomnia, anxiety, and restless legs (I'm on two meds for restless legs, but I still had symptoms on occasion, but not when I'm on the CBD oil). And with it being in capsule form, it's much easier to take and stomach than the drops I bought from another seller. I learned my lesson and will be a PlusCBDOil girl for the long haul.
