I gave it 5 stars because I have ms and it helps with my lightheadedness and the spasticity in my legs. It does not get rid of it but it helps.

Received order fairly quickly in a well protected package. I use this product twice a day for back pain so I was happy to get the buy 4 get one free. Our local health store usually gives seniors a discount that makes the price about the same but they always run out and I'm worried about having to wait for their next shipment. I usually bought two at a time if they had it. Nothing else works as well for me and two doctors I see take it and recommended it for me. I wouldn't know what to get without their in put.
