Excellent! I was a bit doubtful, but eased my anxiety and lessened lingering light dysthymia. Takes time to experience relief, like psychotropic medications, took about 3-4 weeks before I felt noticeable difference. Don't expect symptom relief immediately. One day, after 3-4 weeks you realize anxiety is relieved.

I take 2 capsules before bed, and have the best sleep of my life! Don’t wake up fog-headed either.
