Differently helps with pain, not sure about sleeping better. Taste of the Goji Blueberry is bad. Have been using at night, will try twice a day soon.

I wavered between 3 and 4 stars, but went with 4. The bottle says 1 softgel is the dose but I take 2 per day. One in the morning and one at night. PROS: -Easy to take softgels - no yucky taste or after taste -It DEFINITELY has helped me sleep better. -It *may* be keeping me calmer throughout the day - jury is still out on this and it's been about 45 days since I started. I do notice a subtle difference and it's enough for me to stick with it for at least another month. -I am someone who is super sensitive to supplements and I have had no adverse reactions at all. For me, this is a miracle in itself. CONS: -It's pricey. -Shipping takes way too long. -I'm not yet entirely sure the dose is enough for me to see significant benefits and taking more would be cost prohibitive. YMMV.

I've recently been diagnosed with MS and PlusCBD Oil is the only thing I use to manage my pain - it works! Found it in my local Health Food store and also tried 4 other brands - none other compared with managing my pain. I now recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Just started using it, helps me sleep in the evening. So will see how it does when I take it longer.

One 15 mg CBD pill offsets frequent need for my wife to use 3 Advil's for reoccurring knee & hip pain; drops pain from 7-8 down to tolerable 2-3 (or 0-1 on occasion). During tough days, she takes an AM then a dinner-time pill; enables her to carry on activities all day. On rare occasion, she may ad one or two Advil and/or take 3rd CBD pill late in evening to lessen/avoid pain while sleeping. Only side-effect is slight 'fuzziness' (relaxation/drop in anxiety) but it is not an impairment for normal daily activities.
