Works well for daily pain

I am 57 years old and I ave osteoarthritis in both knees. Besides having periodic injections, I was wearing a knee brace and using a cane to minimize pain while walking. I have been taking 30 mg per day of cbd oil capsules for the past year and am no longer in need of the injections, knee brace or cane. I have minimal to no pain in both of my knees. I definitely relate this to taking CBD Oil capsules daily. I highly recommend anyone considering CBD to give it a try.

I have only been taking the lowest dose for a month but I do think my overall pain and “ achi-ness” is better. My anxiety has lessened as well.
