I’ve been taking CBD gold softgel capsules for several months now. I began taking for chronic neck and shoulder pain and I believe it has helped tremendously. The benefits are not immediate but I noticed after a couple of weeks that pain was much less. After taking for a few months, I even experimented and stopped taking for a few weeks and noticed the pain did come back. I take much less ibuprofen and muscle relaxer now than without CBD.
