Concentrate gel in the twist tube dispensers leaked in transit and continued to leak in my cool, dark cupboard. I had not experienced this issue in my many orders before this last one.

I received the product in a timely manner. However, the taste is awful, I'm not sure how affective this is; I will continue to use and not reorder, mostly because of the taste.

Used green formula and got no results, moved up to gold. After 5 days I had constipation and diarrhea. I stopped taking for a week, then started again for 5 days and had the same results. The 3rd trial I reduced the dose from 15 drops to 10 drops/ day. I had the same results as the first 2 trials. I called the customer service line and reported the problem. They promised to call me back in one week. I got no response from the #1 CBD company. I am not feeling the love!

I requested samples but none were sent the sales team never returned emails.Update 01-01-2020 I still have not recieved any samples nor any contact from this company.
