no difference with this low level of cbd than regular hemp oil extract -not worth the extra money

Less effective than other CBD products I’ve used of similar strength. Poor dropper quality. Leaks product every time I use it.

Not sure this is helping. Still in pain from arthritis. May try a stronger dose when I reorder.

The delivery took a long time to arrived not sure what it took 2 weeks long for such standard thing. I purchased the capsules as a post workout and recovery multiplier. So Inflammation is considerable down I have arthritis on my right knee so inflammation is always there i notice the swollen and stiffness being down. Soreness I think is a bit early to tell, I have a couple high intensity workouts ,but I will use it for a bit longer to really know if it works. I use the capsules mainly after workout. I also used as sleeping aid and still not sure If any positive I am tossing less on the bed but will see I experienced a little constipation but as long as I keep hydrated is minimum So I tend to do better with the oil but is easier to track the dose with the capsules for me.
