I purchased both the capsules and the balm on recommendation of a Naturopath friend.I haven't used the capsules yet because I am on several medications. My doctors agree that I should wait for more research. I do use the balm daily on my many areas of pain. It does help with the pain sometimes briefly and some time for hours.
