Junk Product - Junk Company
The company took about 2 weeks to send me the oil drops I had ordered. I ordered the items on 8/5, received the items on 8/15, and contacted the company 8/23 because I had a reaction to the sweeteners they use in the oil. They did contact me back, but insisted they could not give me a refund on unopened product because it was past the 14 day return policy. They sent the product to me via UPS/DHL, they could have looked up when the product was delivered, but simply refused to help me. I typically use Pure Spectrum products, but thought I would give this company a chance as they claim to be pioneers in the industry. Pure Spectrum products are clear, buttery, and don't have a ton of hemp flavor. I like that. I will be returning to Pure Spectrum and will never use the sludge that PlusCBD sent me. It was a waste of time and money.
