I just can not begin to explain how please I have been with my entire plum diamonds purchase! When me and my now fiancé started talking about getting engaged I started looking at rings online to try and see what was trending and also what I thought might be practical for me as I have a job where I work with my hands all day, I’m a barber. I came across the plum diamond website by chance and I immediately was drawn to a wedding band that I thought would be perfect, well if it only was able to have a big center stone on it. I continued my online search for weeks and kept coming back to this one at Plum. I played around with the custom ring creator tool which is absolutely the most fun interactive jewelry tool I’ve ever used but this one band I really liked wasn’t an option on that platform. So of course after reading their website and seeing that they encouraged custom orders I decided to reach out. Best decision I ever made. Kristy replied the next day and we exchanged dozen of emails to get some ideas rolling. Just to get an idea of center stone size and band thickness she mailed me a box of rings to try on, then had a call to discuss how to modify them to suit my needs, especially since I was wanting a stand alone ring instead of your traditional engagement ring/wedding band combo. Next we went to their enormous catalog of center stones where you can filter your searches by cut, clarity, color, and price. I settled on a 2.75ct round center stone that blew my mind on quality and price. Then let me tell you she brought all my ideas to life and a week after we had a CAD drawing and less than 2 weeks later I had my ring in hand and it is quite literally everything I hoped and dreamed of and more. Customer service, communication and quality have been the best online shopping experience of my life and will absolutely be back for more jewelry!
