The hardest part for me was waiting for the ring.. I was so excited and sure enough it didn't disappoint! My ring is just beautiful! It is a beautiful ring and I was unsure about what I wanted in the beginning. Get that diamond kit( it’s refundable) because that helped me fall in love with a style I didn’t even have in mind prior to . Communication was A+. Customer service and value for money was top notch . Would have easily spent more than double for the 3carat emerald I got ! Compliments from everybody as it’s so pretty and unique

My daughter and I began her ring journey looking at local jewelers, then chain jewelers, and then thought I'd give online a shot. I did extensive research on comparable diamonds. I spoke to jewelers at a couple other online companies and no one could come close to the price Plum offered. Which scared me that the lab diamond they ordered may be subpar. My daughters boyfriend could afford the diamonds at other places but why would he pay more if the diamond he chose was the same grade as other places. So we dove in, Actually got a bit bigger carat than anticipated and held our breath waiting. All along corresponding with Plum and being kept in the loop. The ring arrived in beautiful packaging... and the ring!!! Surpassed our expectations. I cannot say enough; the customer service is the way things used to be- personal! I'm so glad this skeptic diamond fancier took a chance and picked a stellar company.

The process was extremely easy! Picked out and ordered exactly what I had in mind for my girlfriend. After placing the order, the Plum team was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the production of the ring, and delivered in the time period they committed to. Plus I was able to finance this large purchase to help offset one large upfront sum.
