Exceptional service and wonderful product. I had a right turn around time and Plumb delivered. The service team communicated with me quickly and sent me photos and updates. The hand written note was a nice touch. The only thing better than the amazing service was the ring itself.

High quality at low price. For years I've joked with my now husband that if he was planning to buy a small diamond, he should have done it a decade ago. Being in my late 30s, I really wanted a ring I could be proud of. When we decided on a budget for our rings and being an absolute cheapskate at heart, I set to work trying to find the best deal on a REAL diamond. I didn't want to compromise on moissanite or CZ and in searching online for well-reviewed diamond dealers, I bumped in to Plum. I was skeptical at first, only because for the same size, grade rating, etc. they were considerably lower priced than the competition. When I had narrowed my decision to a couple of looks, I ordered a 'try on kit' from both Plum and another diamond company. At the time the other company had a setting that I thought was my favorite. I received their kit first and was heartbroken - the quality was low, the metal was thin and the price per carat was high. I barely put it on my finger before I put it back in the mail to return it. Luckily, the Plum kit arrived the next day, and I knew that was it. I have large hands and wanted a thick band, and of course, a large diamond (perspective, ya know?). The CZs they sent for size comparison were impressive, and the example rings allowed me to gather all of my ideas. After probably an annoying amount of emails with links and photos, Kristy helped me build my absolute DREAM ring. Prongs from one, band from another, diamond shape from a third, but tweaked in so many ways... I stepped out of the process at this point and didn't see it until the proposal. I was so in love with him, but also so in love with the ring. Unbelieveably beautiful, unbeatable service - truly feel like I could walk in the shop, as if I were family. My ring is the most beautiful one I've ever sen, and it's mine.
