Repeat customer and will purchase from Plum again! Renee went out of her way to accommodate my rush request and was able to deliver to a FedEx office while I was traveling. Outstanding customer service!! Can’t say enough good things about Plum’s quality and team.

I thought this kit was very helpful with picking what cut stone I liked the best. I tried a couple styles on at a different store but I wanted to take my time with what I really wanted so this was perfect. They ask what styles you like and send you mockup rings and loose stones. I kept mine for about 5 days and wore one ring each day to really get a feel for it. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing customer service and attention to detail. We love our rings and would recommend Plum!

Just plain good - really fast customer care.

Plum diamonds did absolutely amazing on my ring. It was exactly what I ordered and they had it made and shipped in a speedy timeframe! The ring is absolutely stunning as well! Cant wait to propose! Thank you plum diamonds.

Not only was the ring perfect, customizable, and exactly what my fiancee and I wanted but they were able to meet an extremely demanding timeline and get the ring shipped to Asia in a rush due to complex personal circumstances. As stressful as things were the ring was not. Thank you to Plum for making the process easy, fast, and helpful!

Communication was great. The band looks beautiful with the engagement ring. Couldn't be happier.

I took a chance and ordered my first piice of jewelry online from a retailer I didn't know. Plum diamonds absolutely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. from customer service (I emailed with a customization request) to the piece arriving and being even more beautiful in person, the care and level of excellence of Plum was in every step. I will be ordering more pieces. Big box retailers have nothing on this company.
