Plum DiamondsReviews of plumdiamonds.com

My wife and I love her new ring! After being scammed on Etsy for her original engagement ring, we turned it chat gpt to research the most reputable online jeweler and Plum Diamonds was a top contender. We built my wife’s ring and it came out better than we could ever imagine! The process was so easy and clear and the ring came in just in time. We cannot praise Plum Diamonds enough!

Exactly what I wanted

I seriously couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring from Plum Diamonds! It’s absolutely gorgeous — super sparkly and amazing quality. My fiancé did such a great job picking it out! We actually ended up deciding to go for a slightly bigger diamond (why not, right? 😍), and the return process was so easy. Kristy and Renee were amazing — they replied super fast, answered all our questions, and made everything simple. They even sent us a prepaid return label, which made the whole thing totally stress-free. The customer service was honestly next level, and the new ring is even more perfect than I imagined. If you're thinking about ordering from Plum Diamonds, do it — they really take care of you and their rings are stunning! 💍✨

I can’t express how happy and pleased I am when I got proposed to. The ring was PERFECT. Everything from the moment I reached out to pick what I wanted until my boyfriend took over the process went so smoothly. Plum Diamonds have the best customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristy at Plum Diamonds to create a custom engagement ring for my proposal, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional. Kristy and her team, especially Renee, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The final product was stunning—exactly what I had envisioned—and surprisingly affordable given the quality and craftsmanship. My proposal took place just this past week, and the ring made the moment even more special. If you’re looking for a ring with both beauty and value, and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right, I can’t recommend Plum Diamonds enough.

This was one of the better buying experiences I've had. Renee and Kristy are fantastic and they worked very closely with me on design - exhibiting great patience! Highly recommend Plum!!

We received our engagement ring on July 3, 2025 (ordered on June 9, 2025) and it's absolutely beautiful! At first, I was very hesitant with ordering my ring online since we had a horrific experience with another jeweler that ruined the whole experience for me. I came across Plum and decided to do my research and a deep dive into their company, I read nothing but positive reviews and feedback. I was able to chat with Renee briefly and explained to her at the time my experience with the previous jeweler. She was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions giving me reassurance. My boyfriend and I decided to go ahead and order my ring with Plum and I am soooo glad we did! The quality and craftsmanship is truly amazing! If you are reluctant to work with Plum, don't be! I can't begin to explain how happy I am with how everything turned out! Thank you so much Kristy, Renee, and Plum Diamonds!

Everything about my experience was excellent! The price for the quality of the diamond and ring was great. The customer service was impeccable. I needed rush delivery, and after there was a small snafu when FedEx failed to pick up the ring, Plum Diamonds drove the ring to my house to ensure it arrived before leaving on my trip.
