Neatness Counts
I was very pleased that I could schedule an appointment for early the morning after I called. Plummer was on time (actually early), identified the problem, and quickly made the repair. Only disappointment - he caulked around the base of the toilet, and it was not a very neat job. After he left, I cleaned it up so it looked better. Ergo, a 4, not a 5.
