Happy to find this place on line

Parts came in fast. I am extremely satisfied!!

Great prices and free delivery. Product was as expected. Only issue is that the box my delivery came in was very damaged and I was concerned that I had lost product through the breaks in the box. Did a count and all there. Suggest more robust packaging. I will be buying more piping soon and will buy from you.

Very good overall. There could have been a bit more or better notification, but really everything was fine. Thanks!

Great customer service and I have ordered lots of things from them for my plumbing business.

First time purchase will use again.

The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because of the price for the shipping. I needed the parts quickly, but wasn’t willing to pay that much for the shipping. The selection is great, the ordering process was easy, and the parts look great. I would definitely order from here again.

Yes, I received the unit but the internal box was badly compromised. Also, the heater came without a power cord, unlike the previous identical unit bought two years ago. Does the manufacturer no longer provide a power cable?
