There’s no option to return, no answer through the mail to return items makes it impossible to buy again from plumbingsell

The website says shipping takes 3 to 5 days, but that’s a lie; my package took 10 days to arrive. I had to buy the supplies at a local store, and they aren't answering my emails about returning the package.

The worst customer support for a part which they're responsible for. What a joke

Horrible customer service. Over the course of couple years, we've spent thousands of dollars with this company. We recently shared with them we didn't received an item, and the rep is making us jump through hoops to show proof it was not received. I've never even encounter so much questioning and disrespect. When I’m not even mad for not receiving the item we purchased and they have the audacity to question me and to be mad themselves. The rep did not attempt to do right by offering to replace or reimburse us the product so, I told her to keep the $85 and to shove it up where the sun don’t shine. Plumbingsell- please include service recovery as part of your training plan, as this was not a great experience.

I ordered ½ x3/4 reducer. . . Only sell a reducer with a picture of digital calipers next to exact coupler/reducer . Everyone keeps getting scammed

👎, poor communication, doesn’t honor discounts, unilaterally cancels after receiving PMT (without communication again).

It took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Shipping was almost a week, no problem with that but it took the store over a week to gather up and ship 5 items! Terrible service.
