The flux didn't work for you? What is your order number? The flux is official Everflux product. If you are having an issue with it, we can consult with the manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions. Update: We have reached out to the manufacturer (Wiseman Industries) to see if they have any idea why it wouldn't be washing off with water. If you can send us a video that would be really helpful. We have a replacement bottle on its way to you. If you have the same issues with that bottle please let us know.

Unfortunately the product you ordered had just recently sold out. The estimate that you saw was the expected time for delivery which is typically 1-6 business days. For your order it ended up being 4 business days of shipping time, but the overall wait was longer. There are some website limitations we are trying to adjust to make that clearer. Anytime we are out of stock on a product, we reach out via phone and email to let you know of the new lead time and make sure you are ok with the new wait. We try to communicate as accurately as possible the updated lead time whenever we are out of stock. We were initially told it would take about 2 weeks for your product to arrive at our warehouse, it ended up taking 18 days and shipped out the same day we received it. The delay is frustrating to deal with so I understand the frustration. We tried to let you know we had a 33 kW option readily available if that would have been a viable alternative to swap to. Unfortunately your project required the 36kW option so we had to wait for that specific unit to arrive.

We didn't know it was being held in a UPS facility until we saw your review. I am looking into this now to see what is going on and why it hasn't been delivered. We work with the manufacturer to get sizing correct whenever we have a customer that has questions like yours. On the 2" they have had customers that got it to work in PVC but never metal pipes. Unfortunately once the screws were ground down to try and make it fit, it became an unreturnable product. I understand it is a frustrating situation. We did the partial refund for your order to offer a little relief but it still stinks that it wasn't able to work.
