Had issues with one of the plugins that was not activated that we have downloaded as a unlimited package download member but the support team promptly helped and resolved the issue

I was very nervous to purchase the unlimited package, but it was well worth it. Some plugins like Lpagery and some other didn't work but it is still worth the price. I would definitely recommend them and they did respond to my query. So all in all a great service, hope they can keep up with the quality of service! Thanks again.
