My xpand 2 vst will not launch

I was able to go through the entire checkout process for a product that was not in stock. And then my order was cancelled without any consultation for what my options would be. A refund was issued to my Canadian credit card in USD so I actually lost money without even receiving any product. Which I shouldn't have been able to buy in the first place.

long seven step program that did not get me my product...vienna assistant failed to load. Now onto support at VSL...very disappointing.

Contacted twice to ask for information on the possibility of returning an item or at least exchanging it given that it is a software license that did not work, they do not respond to any of the emails or even to the return request made online, not even to tell me that it was not possible possibly make a return. Terrible communication and customer service management.

Can't use live, without A) a PURCHASED USB device (more money, and I have no more USB ports), or B) an internet connection. Your ad says "iLok Cloud and iLok USB licensing methods are supported" but not till the end, and I didn't understand any of that till now.
