For unknown reasons, my order is canceled.

As a result, the plugin cannot be downloaded. When I connect to the GEFORCE web from a link, it asks me to log in, but I can't do anything even though I try to log in many times after registering as a new user. After all this searching, I still haven't been able to download the plug-in (IMP Oscar) that I purchased.

The received license cannot be registered and the software cannot be used. And I can't contact support.

I have no access to the plug in and when i go onto soundtoys its says no licenses at all? I have signed up with lok but it makes no sense and nowhere explaining in simple terms what the process is. Plus yous have taken payment. I emailed the issue but received no reply? Regards Paul Millar

I ordered the wrong product by accident and I contacted their customer service to see about exchanging it for correct one, not a refund, because I did want the program. I accidentally ordered the student package, which was my fault for not paying attention, but I was willing to pay more money for the right one but they never got back to me to do so instead they said I couldn’t do it and they were not willing to help me so it was a terrible experience for me and I will not use them again, not saying they’re a bad company or a bad website but my experience was just not good.
