I had the software on a trial basis. It took some figuring to activate it since it didn't show the purchase with Loot Audio. Not sure why.. had to contact you to get the key but that was just a short delay.

I bought the product, received wrong key first time,I messaged the company and emailed a coupe of time, it took me about 2 days to get the right key code from them for the product I bought. I was not very happy at first but then realized its busiest time of the year, so may be not that bad, happy now.

The license key I got didn't work and it took three days to get a response from support, however to be fair it is a very hectic time of year and I imagine they must be swamped. That being said they eventually resolved my issue, so I'll definitely consider buying from them again. Just note that if you buy a plugin from them, it might take a few days to get it, so as long as you aren't in a rush, I'd recommend it!
