I cannot download the product I bought, and though I contacted you, I have not received any response yet. It might be something that takes time to reply customer's email, but I guess it would have been nice to specify how much time it generally takes to respond to an inquiry into issues regarding the purchase as it directly relates to the level of satisfaction.

The "Leveler" tool is NOT included in RX 10 Standard!!!! I was looking forward to this feature and relied on PluginFox's chart of features to be accurate but it was INCORRECT! please fix your chart of features.

After I bought the plugin for 106 € I got a downlod link to the site of the producer of the plugin. There I found the plugin offered for 99€. felt dumb...

I reached out to your company before a purchase in order to ensure compatibility with my operating system and was assured that it was; however, upon purchase, installation, and activation, my system was inoperable due to the plugin.

There was no response to any emails and times I've tried to reach out other ways. The Imsg thing didn't work well and no one responded after waiting for maybe 30-45 minutes. I would buy again because I eventually got everything figured out but only because of my own intuition. I would buy again, but only if I know EXACTLY what I'm doing and I wont need help. Only reason it is two stars is because I did actually get the product and figure it all out.

After receiving an email for downloading my license for my plug in. I enter the wrong email by mistake. Yes it my fault. I have emailed and used the live text to rise the problem. With no reply at all. I’m still waiting for the problem to be fixed. I would of thought this would be a common problem and simple fix and reply. It appears once they have your money they don’t care about you.

I bought the Garritan CFX Lite but sadly many of the controls in the PIANO and STUDIO tabs didn't work. I tried reinstalling and ensured that the samples were in the correct folders, but still no joy. I contacted Garritan approx three weeks ago but still haven't heard back from them. PluginFox provided a great value product and delivered it to me straight away, but sadly I only have half the functionality of the product.
