I feel like I been cheated out of my money . Almost my fault I see no refunds for a product I cannot use. I was thinking good deal a board with 8 pedals wow. Really virtual and I didn’t see that either til it was to late. Oh ! the code didn’t work. Don’t care what this does to my credit will not pay affirm for something I cannot use. I locked my card so.

There is no way to reach this company, I tried reaching them no way at all, sent email no response. I went to google them to see if I can get a phone number using their address but the address is a virtual mailbox. I choose this site over an alternate site and no I've a feeling of regret. If I'm not getting what I paid for can I please just get a refund? Thank you

Hi Michael, We'd appreciate it if you tried to contact us to solve the problem before leaving a negative review. Check your spam/trash folders within Gmail and you'll likely find the email with your download link. If it's not there, get in touch and I'll send you the download link personally.
