The process was overly complicated. Way too complicated. The bad part is I still cannot get the software to work in Logic Pro.

I bought U-He Diva which is a $179 plugin on the 5 days ago as an instant delivery and haven't gotten the download yet, just an invoice. Sent multiple messages with either email or the chat on the website and haven't received a response at all

I order Recycle from them, received an invoice but never received an email or link for download. Absolutely no customer support. i see many other people with the same issue.

paid 199.00 via pluginfox for ezdrummer2 ....received invoice confirmation and a thank you but did not receive download options or serial number #....they have no customer service number....no human to talk to....now i, out 200 bucks ....sad when you spend your hard earning money for something to get squat....spent half a day trying to use their email support.....no response for 48 hrs.....be very weiry of unreputable companies...learned my lesson....always deal with a vendor that offers human support like SWEETWATER

Plugin is absolutely terrible. No communication whatsoever, i order my product 3 weeks ago and they still havent sent my stuff. Never ordering from them again

I will never ever buy from Pluginfox again. I needed Sonarworks software so bad to complete some work and my job was on the line but I never received the plugin and I threw $140 down the drain. DON'T BUY FROM PLUGINFOX!! seriously!!!

I purchased a Melodyne from them and had trouble installing it. I wrote to them more than once for troubleshooting purposes and never received a response.

Never received my free plugin from advetised promotion. I contacted several times afterwards, they never replied after several months. Pathetic, I recommend not to order from them at all, thankfully there are plenty of places you can buy plugins from.
