It's been so long since I sent them I can't find the sent emails. Possibly deleted. Can I expect another link for the drum loops? I provided the serial number in my last email. I apologize for being annoying but I'd just like the drum loops I paid for 😔

Hi Anthony, We still haven't received any emails from you. Where have you sent them to?

I bought the kirchoff EQ and didn’t get the download code and after a day or two I emailed them and they said that it was taken off. Apparently three body technology removed it from the retailers. Why was it still on the website like it was available to purchase if it was gone. They said they would refund me but I still haven’t been refunded.

Hi Matthew, We were informed that the product was no longer available to retailers after it had already been removed from the license portal, there was no warning. Your refund has already been processed from our end, the funds should be back with you in the next few days, depending on how long your bank takes. If for some reason it takes longer, get in touch with us via email and we'll investigate further. Thanks!

I inquired about the order in May, but I did not receive a reply

I have NO idea what service I have agreed to or how much you charged me. That means you are either incompetent or you are trying to rip me off. What are you charging me for????? -David Vancelette

Crucial facts omitted. I bought the latin midi drum patterns thinking that they could be used without buying EZ Drums. This was not mentioned in your advertising. I would like a refund.
