The customer service is abysmal. Never received the email with the serial key, never got my emails returned, it’s been almost a week. I got scammed out of $80.

Very bad customer service I still can’t use the product which I pay for .

Never received my software apparently it was windows only And March McIntosh and from some Japanese company and isn't available On English in their website. I'm waiting for my refund still and no one has contacted me or replied to my emails.

Je voulais acheté le Polymoog, et avant je voulais essayé le DEMO. Impossible de le trouvé & téléchargé sur votre site. heureusement vote technicien m'a indiqué une adresse . Ca ne fonctionnais pas, il a du me le faire parvenir par Wetranfert. Et j'ai pu m'en servir. J'ai aimer alors je décide de l'acheté, $200.00 Encore une fois impossible de le téléchargé. Le technicien me la envoyer par Wetransfert encore. Ca fonctionne. Ensuite impossible d'entré le code de ma licence dans iLok que j'utilise toujours sans problème. Alors, furieux , j'ai décidé de cancellé mon achat. Le lendemain, je reçois un courriel en Français avec code et facilités d'installation. Ouff ! ca fonction , après 2 jours d'aventure. Conclusion , votre système ne fonction pas dubout, il est très difficile d'acheté & installé vos produits. Décevant. Je pense pas faire affaires avec vous dans le future, désolé, Je préfère ARTURIA très facile.

i am deeply disappointed these are resellers who pass you onto others they do not respond #when they do they ask insincere questions i want my money back im losing money as we speak give these a miss they will tell you to go to plugivery or plug and mix and there support email will start unfortunately we only supply we cannot help i will call people out by name if this is not resolved bought it mon today is weds no luck no one willing to help i am visually impaired not stupid i will ask for a subject access and contact the consumer ombudsman and get every penny and more
