I Paid for a item on 4/27/23 order #PF43678 and it's 4/28/23 18:00Hrs this is a download and it's a shame I'm still waiting, You got the money just give me the item I paid for.

I can't use it because I don't know how to use it. I would like you to explain in the manual and video how to prepare voice parts and MIDI parts and how to make sounds.

The download did not work. I sent an email regarding but got no reply

Pretty frustrating experience so far. Upon downloading my purchase when I tried to use it an error popped up say ERROR: License not active. Yet, in the Installation Center it says active. I tried unistalling and reinstalling and now nothing appears. I tried chatting on a Sunday and it said "not online", which is okay. However, I tried again today on Monday and their has been no response whatsoever. Starting to feel as though I threw a $120 down the drain.

I was trying to get a free plugin offer and gave my email as it was asked but every time i got the download link it always send me somewhere else where i need to input my information all over again for some other site/company. if its free,just their email to verify and give the direct link to it. i felt like it just wanted my info for future sell and not much concern if i got the product or not. Frustrating but its ok,i got other plugins from other companies that offered exact what i wanted and didn't want nothing to do with your company again. if your intention was to loose a customer,you got it! ive download free plugins before and went back to buy the full plugin with other companies simply cause their "stuff" was straight up.
