Plugin: Codesigner for WooCommerce Design library not loading, documentation page not loading. I bought it to create a quick site but if there are no designs loading then it’s no use. No help either. I rather use shopengine. It looks if the developer are giving up on it. I bought the the 5 license pro account because the say they got a 30 day refund policy if it doesn’t work correctly. This product doesn’t work like advertised. No design library because they took it down to redesign it. That can take some time. They try everything not to refund the product, even offer to upgrade my account to 10 license. I needed the product the day when I bought it not when it’s ready. I bought another product and my site is almost finish and can be launched soon. This is not a trustworthy company maybe they where before but not anymore. Update: It now almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. The 30 day refund policy means nothing. Products themes still not working.

I purchased the Pluggable Display link so that I could connect two monitors to my Mac via HDMI. It worked great at first. However, two days later only one screen was read by it. I reached out to support and they sent me an app to gather information so they could determine the problem. I collected the data and sent it over. I heard nothing for a week. I even sent another brand new message. Finally nearly 10 days later they responded and stated that the issue may be resolved by the middle of the month - conveniently past the time that I can return it. I'm returning the device. Suport is abysmal.

I purchased a plugin from pluggable.io website.The plugin was not functioning so I asked for help.The developer only responded once and for more than two weeks I am dealing with Pluggable's team to get my money back without many efforts from their end

1 star because I cannot put zero on this. This plugin is a scam, won't work. I got several images wrongfully deleted, the webp converter doesn't work and you cannot ever get a refund from them. Update: Dec. 17th, 2024 They will try to communicate aside and say that if you drop the bad reviews, you'll get your refund. This is a complete scammers behavior just to shut you up and don't warn others about their scams.
