PLS (Denton County, TX) Generally A Good Experience With Store. Yet, They Don't Have A System Where The Fees Are Comparable To The Type Of Check Being Cashed. I Would Like A Refund For A Portion (If Not Majority) Of Fees Charged Me On A FEMA Check. The Banks Didn't Want To Accept The Check Via Mobile Check Deposit, As It's Stamped Directly Onto The Check From The State Comptroller's Office. There Is No Bank That The Check Is Drawn From Besides The State Comptroller's Office. The Next Move Is A Check Cashing Company After Receiving The Check Some 6-Months After Filing Claim. PLS Charged Over $100+ To Cash A Needs Based Check. They Also Charge A Small Chunk Of Change For Checks Received By The Customer, As A Charitable Donation. Resolution Requested Refund
