My experience was overall good, but not great. I reached out to them, they answered back and then for the final estimate of what I was asking to have done, I needed to follow up with them after a week… They really should’ve contacted me to let me know they were still working on it. I would say communication needs to be improved, otherwise I felt that their service was really overall very good

I like the service in general. The only hangup i had was with a snowplow request. ..there was a large storm with around 6" of snow predicted the next day...i wanted to " get on the list" ahead of time, but the app scheduled me immediately. There was no plowable snow at that time. Had to go through customer support to get it right. Other than that ,grass mows have always been good.

Very easy to do last minute booking. Occasionally our lawn didn’t really look like it had been mowed. We had signed up for every 2 weeks mow.
