Plowz & MowzReviews of plowzandmowz.com

Very convenient and reasonable price when you are in a pinch. Easy to use. I specifically asked to be very careful of the fence at the back of the driveway and to not push snow into the fence, but they did and broke the fence. There was so much snow piled in front of the fence that I did not realize it was broken until the spring when all the snow melted.

The mowing was okay. The string trimming was not done, at least that I could tell.

Average Service - High Prices. Sometimes it takes time to get someone onsite. The prices are WAY higher than what you would pay someone if you scheduled them ahead of time.

I first time I used Plowz & Mowz I had great service on my plowing request. The 2nd time I used them, the plow truck showed up later than the window that I was told the would be there. The 3rd and last time I used Plwz & Mowz - I called at 7:15am to schedule my driveway to be plowed and was given a time window for when the plow truck would arrive. Time window came and went, I called in to check with truck was coming and was told "soon". called back 1.5hrs later when no truck showed up and was told "the truck assigned to my request was just finishing up in another area and then was going to head to my area" - I asked them what does that mean an hour, 2 hours, more. And was told within an hour. I called back at 3pm as my driveway still wasn't plowed and asked what happened to the plow driver? I was told he would be there soon. I pressed and asked them to give me a specific time and only then was I told "he thinks he will get to your driveway at 11pm". I cancelled the plowing request. Very upset that I wasn't told at one of the numerous other times I called that it was going to be 11pm (not "soon" or "within the hour". Very bad communication and customer service on this last request.

They are great when their contractors show up. I have waited days and days, sometimes a week to get someone here to do my lawn or plow my driveway. How well it’s done, when it’s done, depends on the contractors, which for the most part are pure professionals. There are a few who leave a lot to be desired, but these either don’t show or are thankfully few and far between. Overall a 3. Concept is good and when it works is nice.

The cut is fine and done with a reasonable attention to detail. However it is not very timely. We Often (each week) receive messages that the equipment broke and they have to postpone their scheduled cut. If you’re not in a hurry this works in a bind.

Had some issues with scheduling and service (leaving grass too long, showing up too frequently or too rarely, not plowing at all on VIP plowing service). Quickly addressed through chat, but overall I’m relieved to have moved and no longer need services.
