I used it a couple times. Not bad but you have to be very very specific. I didn’t think I had to tell them that they need to put lawn fabric down before mulch/rocks. They put down the mulch/rocks and now I have weeds growing in flower bed already.

Crew showed up, but a lot of confusion as they did not verify the work and I was away and could not. Confirmed it was done when I came home but they sent another crew, which added to confusion.

Good concept, but not always reliable or consistent with the level of service.

Scheduled work on a Wednesday for the next day (Thursday). It was not completed until mid-afternoon on Saturday. The job itself was very well done.

Seems hit or miss. Sometimes great other times they don't show up when they say they will (not even in that day)

Works well when they actually do the job. They have had my jobs cancelled last minute for reasons like truck breakdown more than once.
