Waste of time
I’ve been 2 years for them to get people in the area and then the first time they have someone when I look, they do an incomplete job and claim it as done and took them a week to not get anyone else for me to just do it myself

Wouldn't make it right!
They piled the snow in the wrong area, refused to move it and still charged me the full amount.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable. Have had numerous no shows. Quality of work done is also hit or miss. I travel alot and would use them when out of town. Would come home and have to cut the lawn myself after being overgrown many times or clean up what wasn't done properly. Stopped using them and found a local landscaper who would manage my yard when I was out of town.

Poor Quality & Service
Quality was inconsistent. Service dates were not kept. There was no proactive notice or attempt to quickly remedy missed service dates. I use a different lawn service now that is 10 times better communicating, showing up, and doing consistently good work.
