Very bad service - bad mow - changed pricing last minute

Horrible company. I had been with them faithfully for the last 4 years and everything was acceptable but the past year has been a true nightmare. Every week there was a problem with landscapers not showing up or a bevy of lame excuses. I finally had to cancel the rest of the season with them. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. Hire someone else, you’ve been warned.

Mowz-Rarely showed up when ordered. Wouldn’t communicate until I reached out to askthem when they were showing up. No compensation for delays (NOT weather related). Same excuses every week. some jobs were delayed up to 4-5 days with neighbors eventually filing complaints. Against my better judgment I kept giving them chances and they dropped the ball EVERY time. They HAVE to figure out their provider stream better to provide services as ordered. Plowz-4 stars. Good service and would use again.

The company did not meet the date that they said they were coming for service. And then they weren’t able to get any one after they missed the initial date but didn’t let me know until a week later when I followed up - Indianapolis area. I would not recommend this service.

Way overpriced and a horrible job to boot, zero quality control. Complained, took pictures, received only a fraction of a discount. I would not recommend or use again.

Never showed up on time always had excuses of why they were days late! Would not recommend them if you need something done on time.
