4x the cost because the grass is overgrown is ridiculous.

The last plow, the driver did not do anything. Might have been confusing but the street plow had left a ridge in front of my driveway and that is all I wanted plowed. There was no snow on the rest of the driveway. I sent P&M a note but heard nothing.

Waited almost 5 days for my service. They kept saying they was coming and never showed up

The last two times I have used the service they have damaged my sprinkler heads. The workers just want to hurry up and get to the next job. To me does not seem like there is much care or pride in the work performed or for my property.

Does not follow through on quotes. Gives one quote charges something else.

Almost every visit has been delayed due to scheduling issues

i used them twice. they never showed both times and i had to contact them to send someone out. they refused to tell me, when i asked, how much time i should expect to wait after they set a date to mow my lawn. each time i waited 5 days after the set date and then contacted. they were able to send people out the same day. so i'm assuming they don't check to see if a job is done until you call to complain. if you don't care about how often you get your lawn mowed they are fine. the person who actually came to mow did a good job and i have no complants about that. but would not recommend

They are fine if you are a homeowner with 1 lawn and one driveway. They are not currently suited for the breadth and scope of work they tend to seek, or for multiple locations.
