My service should not have been done since it was raining all day and had rained all day the day before. I called and complained but no one has followed up with me yet and that was last week.

They never-not once-were able to complete a job within 24 hours of when they committed to do so.

I’ve have several monumentally terrible experiences with the summer crews. So much so that I have no intent to ever use this service again. A guy showed up to mow my lawn and do my mulch in a Subaru hatchback. He half did my mulch and used a weed eater to “mow” my law. Took a picture of it and called it complete. Took several calls and finally got my refund for the terrible service.

The very worst company I ever had to deal with. They go straight into your account first before they even find someone to mow your lawn.

Have scheduled multiple jobs with no shows!

The mower didnt show. Then the job was moved to another contractor, who also didnt show. Second time I've had a similar experience with this group. Wont use again

If I could give no stars I would absolutely have done that. It cost me over $150 for a one time mow of a less than 1/4 acre yard. The grass was long, no problem with paying the extra they asked, but it seems as though they just dumped all the clippings into my inground pool. There were mats of grass floating on the surface. I was ashamed it got to the point to even have to use this service, but for medical reasons I couldn't handle it myself. I don't even know, nor care to know who actually came to mow, but I was better off having the town send someone out and fine me.
