Could not fulfill the order and this was not the first time this has happened

You don’t want me to do this, trust me. I could on for days. 43 days to schedule driveway sealing only to be unable to do so. 6 support reps, 4 vendors, multiple delays and cancellations. Just a lousy experience all around. Hope they can change.

Used them for years and will never use again. This past year they changed pricing - I reached out and emailed with a representative about bagging clippings. Was assured this was part of the price and service! Then, a provider did not bag and did an absolute terrible job on my lawn...Plowz and Mowz response? I had to pay an extra $30 for this! They also told me to "choose this option" on their app and when I said I could not, they were unsure why it wasn't showing up. Don't lie to your customers: I showed them email and text proof of THEM being incorrect....all they provided was a 20% off coupon....

The contractor never completed the job he was hired for. When I reported it to Plowz and Mowz, WITH PICTURE and VIDEO PROOF they said "too bad" and that they would "just cancel all my future services."

Your service is horrible.

Never showed up for snow plow after calling early in day.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They charged my card immediately and after waiting a week (and I emailed each day for an update or asked for a refund, they never responded) to plow my driveway. I hired someone else. They arrived just after the new company had finished plowing. I was never issued a refund. Stay far far away from these people. Horrible business.

Used multiple times, then they jacked up the price of the service. Went to Facebook marketplace and paid the same price I had originally been paying. I had even given a cash tip... All parties seem too greedy and there’s other options out there.
