The first provider didn’t show up, and it took a couple days to get another person to come mow the lawn. We arrived home the next day, and while it looks like someone rolled over the lawn with wheels, the grass was still incredibly long! My husband mowed the lawn again and still filled 3 lawn bags when we normally only get 1.5 bags, so we doubt the lawn was cut at all. Horrible.

Awful service and support

Plowed someone else's house rather than mine. Also requested a plow for my elderly in-laws. They never showed up. Will not use again, and would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. I was promised service and nobody showed up, I had to call several times. Part of my lawn wasn't mowed. They destroyed lights in my yard (about five feet tall and I could not move them out of the way, how does one do this?!). Then the company tried to blame ME for the destruction. Their customer service was so rude. I try to be incredibly nice and understanding, I even showed pictures and spoke very calmly about what happened. I recommend that people not use or trust this company.

Started out strong. Then over time service got spotty and less dependable. Customer service is the worst.

This place is horrible

They would make an appointment and then reschedule it, over and over and over again. They blamed foul weather, which was not in the area. They blamed malfunctioning equipment, clearly not professionals. After multiple rescheduled appointments, and missing the required deadline, they finally arrived to cut my grass. However, they forgot to close my gate when they were done, and my dogs got out. Cherry on top, they charged me the wrong amount.
