I had very varied experiences when using this service, which is not surprising considering that this is a scheduling service for independent service suppliers. However, as the user is not given information about the actual service supplier you have no choice but to rate the service supplier. One real annoyance for me is the fact that you are forced to provide a rating when opening the app after having received a service and it is pre-filled in for a 5 star so if you just click through to get past this screen you are likely to give a 5-star rating which is not justified

About half the time I’ve booked a service whether for snow removal or lawn cut or yard cleanup, the service doesn’t show or Delays over and over. When they do show they do a great job but getting them to show up is the problem.

Love the convenience of Plowz & Mowz. The price isn't bad, if you use it every other week. My biggest criticism is the consistency. Many weeks, I get messages from the company saying that they've had "communication" problems, or that it's gotten "too late" in the day, or that there are weather related delays. Very frustrating to pay as much as I do, and not know whether my lawn will actually get cut. The good news is that they fix any problems that come up with the mow, and that communication with the client is good.

Great customer service but the product has never been great. Both times I had to call in and try and convince them to come back out and pick up grass clippings. Both times the contracted lawn service company wanted another full payment to come back out. Plowz and Mowz customer service was great but it since they don’t have full control Over the contractors it’s not worth the hassle in my opinion.

The service is fine most of the time.. but it's just Soo expensive compared to some other alternatives.
