It was horrible. 4 or 5 different times they said they would come and didn’t. The only time something happened is when I connected with One of the ceo’s of company. He made sure it was taken care of.

One guy showed up a few times but then stopped after about 3 mows. No one else picked up my jobs after that so I had to stop using the app.

I used Plowz & Mowz for 3-4 grass cuttings and each and every time my appointment got cancelled. Each time the reason was "Equipment Malfunction" which is obviously not true. I've reached out to their customer support and they were no help.

The service itself is fine...when it happens on time. However literally every time I book a day the service never occurs on that day.

Your service is unreliable. You say you have someone schedule and then when they don't show up, and you've already paid, well, too bad. One of your contractors cut down our entire crop of hops, which was clearly a plant being trained on ropes. Again, just offered a free mow. No thanks.

Requested Service and it was rescheduled 4 times without anyone reaching out. Ended up doing the work myself. They were pretty unapologetic about the service failure

I had ordered service and after confirmations of the job being accepted followed by no shows, I was forced to reach out. There was no urgency to get someone out there. It was rescheduled 3 x before I finally cancelled and asked for a refund.
