Never showed up on time, always called stating they were delayed. When I cancelled Threaten they would take money from my account even though they didn’t do any work. I’m not sure who responsible and I would not recommend them.

I keep being bugged to provide a review. If I wanted to, I’d have done it the first time you asked. Aside from this real annoyance, everything was adequate.

Every three weeks or so I have to complain about 10 times because the date for my mowing is missed. They are cheap and the yard eventually getting mowed

You lack any vetting of partners who are dependable and do a good job. It’s like none of your mowers care at all about leaving a good impression.

The company that was contracted to plow my driveway 9 months ago, backed into my house. I've received nothing but lies, and excuses, since...From both, after both companies agreed to work together to take care of the damage. At this point, they're copying the message they sent me the previous week, pasting it, and hitting send.

Very high priced for sloppy work

Since you reminded me multiple times to review...I would not recommend Plowz & Mowz. They haven't worked out how they can achieve reliability through their network of providers. Over a holiday weekend with perfect weather this past summer, our lawn mowing was delayed endlessly with phony claims of equipment malfunction, bad weather (again, not a drop of rain), and more. When I tried to get help, sometimes customer service was helpful, and other times downright dismissive and defensive. I had to scramble to find backup service and then just pulled the plug and won't ever be back.

Used their service 3x. 1st time was great. 2nd time the "call center" employee was unprofessional and rude 3rd time the contractor they sent only completed 60% of the job AND caused damage to my lawn resulting in new sod having to be laid. Their solution? A 20% refund... and I still had to pay a different lawn care specialist to finish the job AND repair the damage plowz & mowz caused. Have not used them since. Tip for those who will: make sure to type in your order that you expect them to bag and remove all clippings and debris, otherwise they will leave the clippings to smother your grass. (Btw: the damage was 3 feet of missing grass as a result of their faulty equipment and/or mowing practices, not grass clippings.)
