Submitted request for shoveling my driveway on a Sunday morning. On Monday morning, the driveway was still untouched. Ended up shoveling a path for me to be able to get to work. Paid the full asking price for the service. I did not receive the needed service within a timely manner. Full disclosure from the company alerting me that there would be a significant delay (in my case at least 18 hours) would have avoided my negative view of Plowz & Mowz. Will never use Plowz & Mowz again, nor will I recommend the company to others.

Not a great experience. Lack of communication. Changing the price on us, after the job was done, etc.

I used this service 3 times and only got my lawn cut once. The first visit went perfect, the 2nd never showed up and when I used the app to complain they told me if I wanted my grass cut on time I should’ve requested that in the notes, and the 3rd visit, again, never showed up

Didn’t show up for the service I paid for.

Couldn’t get someone out to mow regularly.

Received 1 quote for pulling weeds of over $200 for a small yard which was overpriced for the job since I had gotten the same job done 6 months ago by Jamaican-me-clean for $35.00. A rep from Plowz n mowz texted me and I asked him if he could get me a quote for under $100 and he said he could, however, I never heard back. Previously, with Jamaican-me-clean, after the initial job, they gave me a quote of $63 a month, plus half off the 2nd time they came because they were able to secure 2 more clients who were my neighbors. But, after they scheduled the appointment, they never showed or called. So I ended up with an unreliable company the first time and no follow up from plows n mowz the 2nd time around. Very disappointing!!!

Was not able to communicate with the service provider until after I accepted the quote. Too much of an added fee was added to the service providers cost.
